Whitney Hagarbome is the definition of grit, vision, and unstoppable execution. As Vice President of Innovative Energy—a manufacturing company—Whitney helped scale operations and build culture that over came debt and reignited the success of a generational business.
Despite entering college for Child Development with no real goals beyond becoming a supermom, Whitney developed an insatiable desire for personal growth.
By the time her son had turned one, only a year out of college, Whitney had completed certification as a personal trainer and was on her way to building her fitness and coaching business, Fit with Whit. Since then, her business ventures have included founding Cafe Racer Coffees, revamping Innovative Energy, and dabbling in commercial real estate with her husband, as well as establiching a stunning Highland cattle farm turned Airbnb destination she built from the ground up.
Whitney is an idea powerhouse with a natural gift for details and design. Whether she’s crafting unforgettable customer experiences or running high-level events, her ability to create beauty and strategy in every corner of business is unmatched.
Currently, Whitney is molding her dream life, which includes serving on the board of Innovative Energy, participating in competitive dressage riding, and helping others build their dreams through coaching and speaking.
